SAUCED. started as a Kansas City smashburger pop-up in 2020, building the entire concept in just 30 days during the height of COVID. What was supposed to be a seasonal burger stand quickly turned into one of Kansas City's favorite destinations for smashburgers, loaded fries, crispy chicken sandwiches, and bold, made-from-scratch flavors…..and of course sauce! Today we are still serving up smashburgers from our new home in the heart of the Kansas City Crossroads. Years later, we are still focused on doing dope things with food and the culture—serving handcrafted smashburgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, and house-made sauces with an obsession for quality, flavor, and execution.
